Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm orders by phone call or SMS. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Delivery

Delivery fees are quoted per order. Timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party carriers.

Returns and refunds

Unused, undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-fabricated items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Warranty

All products carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse or accidents.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kiambu County.
